Well, we know that the seed is a living organism and before they settle and germinate seed has to endure different conditions. Germination needs a proper environment, which includes:
Water
Air
Sunlight

In a bag, seed germination is a fun way for kids because they can how seeds transform into a plant.
You can place seeds in a sunny environment and spouting will start right away. So kids can able to see some sporting which can't be seen due to dirt.
Well, we always bring a simple and easy experiment m! Kids not only will enjoy this experiment but learn a lot.
Materials Needed for this experiment;
Plastic zipper storage bag
Bean seeds
Tape
Dried, uncooked beans, peas, or seeds
Paper towels
Water
Soak Bean Seeds Overnight In Water |
Before starting the experiment, soak your bean seeds overnight in water. This will sort of “wake up” the seeds and get them ready to germinate. You’ll get faster results if you pre-soak your bean seeds this way. Drain the seeds before placing them in the bag.
Next, slightly wet a paper towel and fold it into the bag.

Place the seeds along one side of the bag, pressing them against the paper towel. Seal the bag tightly and hang it in a window using tape. Make sure the beans are visible on the side of the window where your child will be observing their seeds sprout. You can use a tap or peg to hang the bag in a sunny environment or any windows where sunlight is available. Make sure beans are visible so your children will see the seed sprout.
Wait 24 hours. You should be able to see the seeds start to pop open and sprout after this time.

Within 3 days to a week, you’ll have fully sprouted seeds.

You should record all procedures and after they complete the process, you can show how plants grow.
